Tiktat is a ticketing platform. Events are created and run by independent organizers. The organizer, not Tiktat, is responsible for the event itself: the date, the venue, the lineup and the entry rules.
When you pay, you get a ticket by email. Each ticket has one QR code and works for one person. Keep it private: whoever scans it first gets in.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Tiktat never sees or stores your card number.
Seats you pick are held for a short time while you pay. If the time runs out, the seats are released for other people. If a seat is taken before your payment finishes, you are refunded in full automatically.
Each event can have its own rules (for example age limits or dress code). They are shown on the event page. The organizer may refuse entry if the rules are not followed.
If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders are refunded. If an event is changed or postponed, the organizer's refund policy applies. See the Refund policy page.
Do not copy or sell tickets in ways the organizer does not allow. Duplicated or fake tickets are refused at the door.
We only use your name and email to deliver your tickets and to help you with your orders. We do not sell your data.
Contact the event organizer first for questions about an event. For anything else, email tickets@tiktat.net.
